Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to EstateLegPro (estatelegpro.com). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

EstateLegPro provides property transaction legal support and escrow consulting to clients in Canada and beyond. Our offerings include document preparation, legal guidance, due diligence coordination and escrow oversight.

3. Fees and Payment

Clients must settle service fees prior to delivery. Accepted methods include major credit cards and bank transfers. Detailed instructions are provided in your invoice.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

To schedule or adjust an appointment, submit a request at least 48 hours before the original date via our contact form. Each client may reschedule one time per service without additional charge. Further changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days before the date incur a 50% non-refundable fee. Cancellations within 6 days of the scheduled date or after commencement of any work are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products, including guides, templates and online courses, may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if access links or download credentials have not been provided. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, purchases become final and are not eligible for a refund.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back to EstateLegPro within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost, less any shipping charges. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. A refund will be issued within 10 business days after inspection of the received goods.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including escrow consulting sessions provided during an active escrow process, are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of the work. EstateLegPro will clearly indicate any non-refundable status prior to purchase.

6. Liability

EstateLegPro provides guidance in compliance with applicable statutes and regulations. Our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid for the specific service in question, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
